Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reversepostiz (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity that happens under your account. Don’t share your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights you don’t hold.
- Circumvent quota, rate-limit, or plan-tier restrictions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ workspaces.
- Violate the terms of any upstream providers you connect through the Service.
- Reverse-engineer or reproduce the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload, generate, and connect — source videos, prompts, credentials, generated clips. You grant us the minimum license needed to store and process that content on your behalf while running the Service.
3a. Source content rights
You may only submit source video that you own or hold a valid licence to repurpose. That includes your own recordings, your own channel archive, footage you have licensed, and public-domain material. By submitting a URL you represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to reproduce, edit, and republish that video on the platforms you have connected.
Submitting content you do not have the rights to — including videos taken from another creator’s channel without permission — is a breach of these Terms and of the terms of every platform we publish to. We will suspend or terminate accounts we find doing this, and we will action valid rights-holder complaints. You are solely responsible for any claim arising from content you submit or publish through the Service.
4. Plans and quotas
The Starter plan is free and capped at a set number of videos per rolling 30-day period. The Pro plan raises that cap. Plan changes take effect immediately. Billing is not yet wired to a payment processor — upgrades are granted on request or via the account page. When paid billing goes live, we’ll notify existing users before charging.
5. Upstream provider dependencies
Reversepostiz relies on upstream services (for AI generation, video sources, and social platforms) that we do not control. Outages, quota exhaustion, or policy refusals by those providers may cause video generation to fail. We’ll do our best to retry and report clearly, but cannot guarantee success.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated output may not always match expectations; it’s your responsibility to review it before publishing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, on the Starter plan, is zero).
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practical, by email.
10. Connected social platforms
Reversepostiz can publish videos to social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others we add over time) on your behalf, using OAuth access tokens you grant through each platform’s authorization flow. When you connect an account, you authorize us to make API calls to that platform using only the scopes you explicitly approve on the platform’s consent screen. You can revoke this access at any time from the Connections page, or directly from the platform’s own security settings.
Reversepostiz never posts to a connected account without your explicit action — a scheduled post you created, a manual upload you triggered, or an automation rule you configured. We do not read, access, or store your existing content on those platforms (existing posts, followers, messages, comments) beyond the minimum profile metadata needed to display the connected account in the Reversepostiz UI.
Use of the Facebook integration is subject to Facebook’s Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and Meta’s Community Standards. The Facebook integration posts to Facebook Pages only — it cannot post to personal timelines. You must be an Admin of any Facebook Page you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that content published through Reversepostiz complies with Facebook’s rules and policies.
Use of the Instagram integration is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, and Instagram’s Community Guidelines. The Instagram integration works only with Business or Creator accounts — personal accounts are not supported by the Instagram API. You are responsible for ensuring that Reels published through Reversepostiz comply with Instagram’s content policies.
TikTok
Use of the TikTok integration is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
YouTube
Reversepostiz uses YouTube API Services. Use of the YouTube integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube Community Guidelines. By connecting YouTube, you also agree to Google’s Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that all videos published to YouTube through Reversepostiz comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Reversepostiz is not liable for content that is removed, restricted, or penalized by YouTube.
General obligations for all connected platforms
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you publish through Reversepostiz complies with the destination platform’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. Reversepostiz is not liable for content that is removed, flagged, or penalized by a platform. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to connect a social account through Reversepostiz.
